The Hotel’s guests can choose from the Half Board or Full Board service. There is a daily menu with a choice from three first course dishes, three main courses, a side dish and dessert; this changes daily and offers dishes made using products that are in season. Drinks are not included.

The restaurant is open to non-hotel guests or hotel guests that are not taking advantage of the half board or full board service. The menus offer delicious typical Umbrian cuisine with excellent quality/price ratio.

Antipasto Birichino  (Local  salami – prosciutto di norcia e barbozza - served with spinach and homemade traditional bread “torta al testo”)

Strangozzi al tartufo  (Thin pasta rnade from flour and water served with truffles)

Bis di dolci (A taste of  Puff pastry baskets with chantilly cream and woodland fruits and a taste of home  made   ice cream flavored with  pistachio)

Antipasto Capriccioso  (Garlic bread with mushrooms and tomatoes, parmesan cheese, dry-salted beef,   homemade traditional bread “torta al testo” filled with neck ham and ham)

Bicoli alla contadina ( Short pasta served with tomato, rucola t and cheese sauce)

Filetto di vitello olio e rosmarino (Veal fillet steak with olive oil and rosemary)
